What Verse 16 is showing us
One devotional arc: Lord Vishnu shines with self-luminous cosmic brilliance (Bhrajishnuh). In the sacred mystery of life, He is the nourishing food that sustains existence (Bhojanam) and the conscious experiencer enjoying all offerings (Bhokta). Forbearing and patient with all mortal frailties (Sahishnuh), He was present at creation's first dawn (Jagadadijah). Completely pure and untouched by any flaw (Anaghah), He is triumphant victory itself (Vijayah) and the conqueror of every seeking heart (Jeta). He remains the womb and resting place of the universe (Vishvayonih), dwelling within our bodies life after life as our eternal companion (Punarvasuh).
