What Verse 17 is showing us
One devotional arc: Appearing as the younger brother of Indra (Upendrah), the Lord took the humble form of the dwarf boy (Vamanah) only to expand into the colossal Trivikrama whose steps spanned the three worlds (Pramshuh). Every deed of His fulfills divine purpose without fail (Amoghah), shining with spotless sacred purity (Shuchih) and limitless gentle might (Urjitah). Rising far beyond Indra in stature (Atindrah), He gathers and protects all creation during dissolution (Sangrahah). As the wellspring of life (Sargah), He remains forever steady within His own supreme nature (Dhritatma), establishing universal cosmic law (Niyamah) and reigning as the inner moral compass guiding every conscience (Yamah).
