What Verse 3 is showing us
One devotional arc: Lord Vishnu is yoga itself (Yogah), the guide who leads seekers toward liberation (Yogavidam Neta), and the supreme sovereign over both material nature and the individual soul (Pradhana-Purusheshvarah).
