What Verse 4 is showing us
One devotional arc: Lord Vishnu is praised as everything in existence (Sarvah), the auspicious destroyer of suffering and sorrow (Sharvah), and the essence of pure peace and goodness (Shivah). He is the immovable pillar of truth (Sthanuh) and the primeval origin of all creatures (Bhutadih), an inexhaustible spiritual treasure (Nidhiravyayah). By His own sovereign grace He descends as divine incarnation (Sambhavah), showers boundless blessings upon His seekers (Bhavanah), faithfully bears and sustains life (Bharta), shines as the primordial source (Prabhavah), stands as all-powerful sovereign (Prabhuh), and reigns as supreme controller (Ishvarah).
